Mission:
As an IT Asset Management Administrator, your primary objective is to collaborate closely with global ITAM colleagues, Enterprise IT Partner teams, the ITSM team, and other asset owners to effectively manage the life cycle of IT equipment and software.

Role & Responsibilities:
Manage reporting on Licensing and Security Compliance.
Administer the procurement and asset management of all IT hardware and software.
Collaborate with Global IT Leads to maintain supplier records and manage software license information.
Verify, track, and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy in budgeting and asset management.
Identify and propose solutions to ensure software compliance and asset optimization across global sites.
Participate in projects to implement strategic IT procurement plans and standard equipment lists.
Take proactive measures to resolve problems and communicate effectively with support personnel and vendors on behalf of end-users.
Contribute to project initiatives involving multiple IT/User groups.
Adhere to standard operating procedures, customer service guidelines, and documentation protocols for new services and activities.

Qualifications:
Technical Degree (DEC)/College diploma in a technology discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT asset management.
Strong reporting skills.
Proficiency in computer hardware/software, telecommunications, networks, and understanding of ITIL processes.
Thorough understanding of IT asset management principles, methods, and procedures.
Familiarity with procurement utilities, policies, and processes.
Knowledge of terminology related to computer software, hardware, and peripheral equipment.
Understanding of software licensing procedures, terms, and conditions for major vendors such as Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, etc.
Ability to establish and maintain positive vendor relationships.
Excellent communication and end-user support skills.
Proficient in maintaining corporate documentation and procedures following group standards and policies.
Experience in providing services based on established Service Level Agreements.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work on a rotational basis to cover different time zones.
