**Job Title: Building Engineer**
**Job Description**
Seeking a dedicated Building Engineer to oversee and manage the maintenance of HVAC systems and perform general upkeep of the property. The role involves checking and replacing belts, bearings, wiping down equipment, checking electrical and refrigeration circuits, punching condenser tubes, and cleaning up. Additionally, responsibilities include changing VAV filters, performing visual inspections of VAV and its ductwork, cleaning garage supply and exhaust fans, and checking electrical connections.
