This individual will act as the Principal liaison accountable for delivery of key work, ensuring we prioritize and deliver overall aligned backlog, and ensuring work is aligned to Infrastructure Product Model/Design Patterns. This role will interface with CenterWell IT leadership and tech leaders in Infrastructure and Operations daily to help ensure overall strategic alignment and outcomes are achieved. The IT Product Management Principal conceives, develops, delivers, and manages products for use across Humana. Oversees and manages all phases of the product lifecycle, from design conception to delivery. The IT Product Management Principal provides strategic advice and guidance to functional team(s). Highly skilled with broad, advanced technical experience./ppThe IT Product Management Principal:/pulliServes as an advisor and partner directly to CWHM Segment CIOs for infrastructure single point of contact and focuses on understanding, aligning, prioritizing, and tracking critical CWHM infrastructure initiatives./liliProvides guidance and a touch back between CWHM and TechStrat Engineering teams to ensure alignment is reached early and standards of Humana are followed. Also drives the level of engagement, speed, and considered desired./liliWorks with engineering to create new design patterns as needed to support CWHM./liliServes as a direct representative on the SteerCo, along with their assigned Segment CIO, to drive forward resolutions requiring SteerCo escalation./liliWorks with relevant Humana stakeholders to create, prioritize, and manage product iteration backlogs./liliEnsures final products meet IT and Humana standards and deliver maximum value to end-users./liliWorks with senior executives to develop and drive segment or enterprise-wide functional strategies./liliAdvises one or more areas, programs or functions and provides recommendations to senior executives on matters of significance, and as an advanced subject matter expert competent to work at very high levels in multiple knowledge and functional areas across the enterprise./li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors degree OR equivalent experience (i.e. 5+ years of experience in supporting infrastructure and partnering with Segment/Business in delivering tech solutions)/lili10+ years of technical experience/lili2-5 years of project/people leadership experience/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliPrior Product Management experience/liliStrong negotiation skills/liliStrong experience with and knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices/liliExperience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and/or Jira/li/ulpAs part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we will be using an interviewing technology called HireVue to enhance our hiring and decision-making ability. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $168,000 - $231,000 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
