Responsibilities The New Grad RN will be thoroughly oriented through a preceptorship, continuing education opportunities, and support from all angles: management, education, and your peers. Hillcrest Medical Center is dedicated to your success and continued growth in the nursing profession Qualifications Job Requirements: Expected graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN program BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
