We are looking for a self-starter with 2-4 years of experience in SaaS sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is driven, results-oriented, and has a proven track record of selling SaaS or SaaS-like solutions. You will play a crucial role in expanding our offerings, identifying new opportunities and fostering relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Development: Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including leveraging marketing automation tools, email and out bound outreach, and networking
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to understand their needs and provide our tailored solutions
  • Product Knowledge: Acquire a deep understanding of our SaaS offerings to effectively communicate benefits and value propositions to potential clients
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team and our technologists to develop and implement effective sales strategies and position us for success
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and opportunities
  • Feedback Loop: Provide insights from the field to help shape product development and marketing strategies

Key Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in SaaS sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, including in challenging situations
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for sales (and technology, a plus)
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity
  • Basic understanding of technology and its applications in business is a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $80,000 and $110,000. The base salary offered to the chosen candidate will be commensurate with a candidates relevant experience and other qualifications for the position, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, a per sale % commission structure that can allow this individual to 2x+ their total package, and a robust benefits package [including but not limited to generous PTO, firm-paid healthcare coverage, mental and physical wellness benefits and childcare].
