What it's like to be a Customer Service Representative III/Lead
Join our team at Peoples State Bank as a dynamic Customer Service Representative III/Lead In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, handling primary vault teller responsibilities with precision and efficiency. As a Customer Service Representative III/Lead at Peoples State Bank, you'll thrive in this role if you possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with banking and/or CSR operations experience. Your sharp attention to detail and accuracy in cash-handling will be crucial, as well as your proficiency with various computer tools. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ years banking and/or CSR operations experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash-handling.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to impart knowledge of tasks and perform remedial training as needed.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
