Job Description

• Will learn all aspects of high-speed flexographic printing by working with and assisting Press Operators.
• Job includes set-up and tearing down printing jobs, filling UV ink chambers and cleaning them after each use.
• Help in the maintenance of press machines
• Help with Make-Ready by gathering all materials needed and loading them to press.
• Load rolls of material onto the press based on procedures specific to each press.

Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined, likes to work with their hands
• Willing to learn manufacturing principles
• Willing and able to operate forklifts and other powered machineries
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervisions with attention to details for quality assurance; ability to differentiate color variance
• Work well with others and willing to collaborates as needed
• Willing to work OT as needed

Additional Information

The successful candidate must be authorized to work in the US, able to pass criminal background check, drug/alcohol screen, physical assessments, audio, and color vision test. Must be willing to work OT as needed. HS Diploma or equivalent

OJT will be conducted during 1st shift (7:30 am to 4 pm) for 4-6 weeks prior to being scheduled their regular shift.
