The Junior Consultant will be primarily focused on supporting efforts to modernize customer business processes, providing process standardization and supporting the improvement of customer service efficiencies across our client's organization. The consultant will work on a team to benchmark with other agencies, coordinate cross-division collaborative efforts on large-scale process change, and data analysis development, and testing of supporting efforts.

The Consultant will have working knowledge, experience, and supporting skills in the development of solutions, recommendations, and measurable outcomes across multiple complex tasks and/or organizations.

Work Description:
•Evaluate options in the context of project objectives and contribute to implementing strategic direction.
•Support project objectives through activities such as gathering data, testing and developing recommendations.
•Support data validation procedures.
•Perform various tasks that require practical and technical knowledge in specialty areas.
•Provide support to various project teams and leadership as a key facilitator to achieve objectives of complex efforts.
•Work with customers to identify concerns, vet workarounds, and identify and document solutions to requests.
•Establish a method for customers to communicate, vet and document the results of working group decisions into problem reports and or change requests, as necessary.

Additional Duties may include:
•Produce reports on a recurring basis summarizing projects and efforts
•Collaborating with management and team to understand task and project requirements
•Conducting research as needed to stay knowledgeable of industry trends and relevant news

The Junior Consultant shall have the following qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with two (2) year or more years of consulting experience. Educational requirements may be waived if the candidate has five (5) or more years of experience.
•Two (2) or more years of gathering, scrutinizing, and assessing information.

•Great verbal and written communication
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
