We are currently seeking a Card Operations Specialist to join our organization. As a Card Operations Specialist at Nusenda Credit Union, you will be working with our Card Services team to support Branch Experience, the Contact Center, and members with all card-related inquires and requests through phone, email, MSP contacts, etc. Every day, you'll act as a liaison between card vendors and the Credit Union regarding card-based inquiries, manage vendors through ensuring accuracy and timeliness of the information and perform research and investigation into card questions using processing systems.You will serve as the department resource for technical and day-to-day operational assistance to include the support of training and problem resolution for all card products and services.

To thrive in this role, you should have three to five years of similar or related experience in a financial institution. This position is one part administrative and one part problem-solving. This might be the role for you if you enjoy work requiring attention to detail, computer skills, and dealing with sensitive information.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Advanced knowledge and skills in providing a high level of member service in a call center or branch environment to include debit/credit card-related information.
  • Experience in multi-tasking, dealing with sensitive information, and problem resolution while providing exceptional service.
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and all internal systems as affiliated with the department.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and effectively communicate with colleagues and members using appropriate resources.
  • Ability to lead and train others as necessary
