Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desired, will evaluate all levels of experience. Minimum [2] years of experience specializing in land development/water resource engineering. Proficiency in utilizing AutoCAD and Civil 3D software to develop engineering designs and plans. Other technical skillsets like HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, FLO-2D, etc. are encouraged to apply as well Solid understanding of land development/water resource principles, stormwater management, grading, and erosion control techniques. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex engineering challenges. Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously (PM positions). Familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
