NP or PA Clinical Director – Flower Mound Department: Clinical Director Location: Flower Mound, TX Reports to: Clinical Director of Operations About R3 R3 Wound Care & Hyperbarics (R3) is an innovative, alternative, and patient-centric provider of healthcare services across the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex, Houston, and San Antonio. The Position The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Clinical Director) will be a hands-on leader within the clinic, responsible for providing wound care, supervising Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, and overseeing all clinical staff and operations within the facility. The staff you will oversee includes Clinicians (LVN or MA), Front Desk Coordinator/Patient Care Coordinator, and Hyperbarics Technician. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, able to stimulate and motivate others while being responsive to their needs and concerns. Attention to detail and the ability to work within established guidelines are essential. Responsibilities Examine, diagnose, and treat patients requiring wound care. Examine, diagnose, treat, and monitor patients who require Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. Maintain effective operation of the Hyperbaric Chamber and Facility through oversight of all clinic employees. Guide, train, and lead staff on day-to-day operations of the clinic. Manage patient compliance through education and communication with referring physicians. Partner with Marketing and Sales Teams for guidance and training support. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ensure safety of all patients. Evaluate and assess all patients prior to hyperbaric treatment. Maintain patient records and documentation; assess and record patient’s progress. Communicate effectively with referring physicians and patients regarding treatment. Conduct peer reviews as needed. Ensure knowledge of proper billing codes. Maintain clinic supplies for treatments. Comply with Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society regulations. Qualifications Valid PA/NP license in Texas. 3-5 years of experience as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner. 4 years of Wound Care experience preferred. Hyperbaric experience is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours and be a team player. Must have a positive attitude and excellent bedside manner. Must have strong leadership skills and up-to-date ACLS certification. Must be willing to obtain wound care and hyperbaric certification within 6 months of hire. Travel Required: Minimal.
