JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for serving quality food and beverages to our guests in a friendly and helpful manner

in accordance with Parkhurst Culinary Gold standards, Hospitality Imperatives and service procedures under strict food safety conditions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  1. Brew Barista coffee along with flavor of the day coffee.
  2. Make specialty drinks to order, following all Parkhurst recipes.
  3. Adhere to all cash handling procedures.
  4. Merchandise area using Barista signage and other approved materials.
  5. Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.
  6. Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
  7. Assist fellow team members at every opportunity.
  8. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Standing and/or walking - 50% of time.
  • Occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Frequently lifting up to 10 lbs.

The pay rate for this position is $15.50 / hour with a one dollar increase after 90 days.
