SUMMARY OF ROLE:

Responsible for the supply chain operations including planning and execution, demand forecasting, supply planning, procurement of goods, sourcing optimization, and overall supply chain performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an at-will employer, SIG (formerly Scholle IPN) reserves the right to add to or modify this list to the extent it deems necessary. Implement and maintain metrics used to measure supply chain performance. Define and monitoring service expectations by channel. Develop and improve the organizations overall procurement strategy to reduce cost across all key spending categories. Lead the North America supply chain network design & optimization. Develop logistics strategy in North America. Validate employee supply chain performance within the region. Lead Supply Chain integration from LN to SAP. Responsible for quality performance of all supply chain suppliers. Responsible for the North America strategy of the supply chain network. Lead continuous process improvements initiatives for the supply chain network. Improve the overall supply chain performance. Prepare variance analysis and recommendations for improving inventory levels / turn. Improve error free delivery to reach 98.5% on-time delivery service. Assist in implementing the supply chain disaster recovery plan. Facilitate cross-functional teams to improve process efficiencies.

YOU BRING THESE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or supply chain management required; Master's degree preferred.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

8-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations environment preferred. Sound knowledge of all aspects of supply chain management. Ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Analytical thinking and problem solving. Previous procurement of resin is a plus. Inquisitive nature to solve problems in a collaborative nature. Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset. Strong negotiations skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. APICS certification preferred.
