About the role:

Anthropic is seeking an exceptional Recruiter, Go-To-Market (GTM) to join our team. In the pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of shaping our GTM organization, sourcing and hiring the brightest minds across a spectrum of disciplines, including Sales, Customer Engineering, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, Account Management, and more. As we continue to push the boundaries of AI research and development, we need a passionate recruiter who can help us build a world-class team dedicated to creating safe and beneficial AI systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to identify, source, and hire highly qualified candidates with a strong emphasis on candidate experience and stakeholder engagement
  • Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to understand hiring needs, required skills and qualifications, position requirements, etc.
  • Enhance and implement recruiting processes and programs while maintaining an inclusive and high-talent bar, such as developing targeted outreach campaigns, building connections with industry leaders, and removing any unfair biases from the hiring process
  • Partner with Recruiting Operations to derive insights from recruiting metrics that inform strategic decisions around resourcing, process improvements, candidate experience and more
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand organizational needs and map out long-term talent acquisition strategies across research, engineering, operations and product that align to company growth
You may be a good fit if you:
  • Possess a wealth of experience (7+ years) in full lifecycle recruiting, with a particular focus on global Go-To-Market organizations. Youve honed your skills and have a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in building high-performing teams
  • Have a proven track record of building teams and recruiting strategies from the ground up. You excel at establishing trusted partnerships with hiring managers at all levels, from those just starting out or seasoned leaders
  • Are an expert of your craft, with an unwavering commitment to excellence. You have an eye for detail and know how to strike the perfect balance between operational rigor and flexibility, ensuring that every search you own is executed flawlessly
  • Are passionate about the potential of AI to make a positive impact on the world. You have a realistic understanding of the ricks and limitations, and you are excited to be a part of a team thats shaping the future of this transformative technology
  • Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where no two days are the same. Youre able to effortlessly manage multiple priorities at once and have a great attitude when doing it
