We do not shy away from our success and work hard each day to make great things happen for our members/customers, our teams, and ourselves.As a Member Contact Representative, you will be able to use your excellent communication skills to provide professional and personalized service to our Members/Customers. You will have the opportunity to showcase your success and earn incentives when you meet monthly sales/service goals. In addition, you have the satisfaction of helping our members/customers while learning and growing within the Financial Services industry.On a daily basis you will: Answer incoming telephone calls and assist members with any of the following:Resolving problems Cross-selling credit union products Rate quotations/negotiations Researching account information Ordering checks, statements and check copiesJob Responsibilities quoting savings and loan ratesquoting blue book ratesordering checksordering statements and check copiescalculating and quoting dividends (interest) and loan paymentspaying off loanspayroll deductionsproviding general informationsetting up automatic transfersadvising member of investment opportunities or optionsreferring the opening, adjusting and closing of accountscross-selling Credit Union productsother duties as assigned.Qualifications, capabilities, and skillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.
