Conduct routine audits of file systems to confirm proper organization and compliance. Assist in retrieving documents promptly when requested by various departments. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information within all filing systems. Collaborate with team members to improve filing processes and optimize efficiency. Provide general administrative support related to filing tasks. Ensure all records are updated and adhere to organizational standards. Requirements: Previous experience in a file clerk or similar administrative role. Proficiency in paper filing and digital file management systems. Ability to handle file boxes and organize physical records efficiently. Experience with scanning documents and converting them into electronic formats. Familiarity with e-filing systems and document categorization. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and securing sensitive information.
