Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

  • Completes a detailed audit of gaming functions.
  • Prints final audited reports from gaming systems.
  • Prepares and submits daily tax remittance.
  • Prepares and distributes daily revenue report.
  • Prepares exception reports citing regulatory violations.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); and one or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports, and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Louisiana Gaming License

WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Must be able to work in a smoking environment.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES/ JOB DIMENSIONS: Regular attendance in conformance with standards, which may be established by Bally's from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to Bally's Attendance Policy. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. This includes all shifts, weekends and holiday periods.
