About the RoleThis role will provide basic IT support to customers following defined Service Management procedures. Responsibilities will include acting as main point of contact for troubleshooting network issues, software issues, and equipment issues.Must be located in Dansville or Harrodsburg, KY.We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace.
