About Us: One Plant is a well-established and reputable cannabis dispensary located in Prunedale, California. We are dedicated to providing high-quality cannabis products and excellent service to our valued customers. As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated and responsible Part-Time Shift Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to dispensary staff during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with state and local regulations, including age verification and identification checks.
  • Oversee inventory management and stock levels during your shift.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide product recommendations.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and register reconciliation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Promote a positive work atmosphere and resolve any internal issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with the dispensary management to improve store operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Previous experience in a cannabis dispensary or a similar retail environment is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of cannabis products and their effects.
  • Familiarity with local and state cannabis regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Schedule:
  • This is a full-time position.
  • Shifts may include evenings and weekends.
  • Flexibility to cover various shifts may be required.
Compensation: Hourly rate: $18.50 per hour.
