Jouw koers
Als Business Banker ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten van Business Clients Sales. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: het adviseren van klanten ontrent kredietverlening en sales van dagelijkse bankzaken, waarbij je proactief kansen herkent en omzet in het juiste advies en sales.
Hoe ziet je functie er verder uit?
Je bouwt jouw sectorale portefeuille uit. Door onder meer deep- en crosselling onder bestaande klanten;
Je houdt de klanttevredenheid, het rendement, risicobeheer en marktaandeel binnen je portefeuille scherp in de gaten en stuurt bij waar nodig;
Je volgt de ontwikkelingen binnen de wereld van je portefeuille op de voet en reflecteert constant over de invloed ervan op je klanten en de bank;
Je vergroot actief je sectorale kennis en expertise.
Let op: Voor de Junior rol (Noord-Holland) geldt een geleidelijke inwerkperiode. Naast de noodzakelijke (interne) opleidingen zullen ook de collega’s in jouw team voldoende ruimte hebben om je goed in te werken.
Door strategisch mee te denken en door jouw kennis van de sector, bied je de klanten uit je portefeuille altijd een oplossing op maat. Voor de grotere en complexe kredietaanvragen schakel je onze financieringsspecialisen van Financing Solutions in. Je stelt de lange termijn relatie met de klant centraal en hebt veel direct klant contact. Waarbij je proactief op zoek gaat naar commerciële kansen en waarbij je zowel naar de onderneming van de klant als naar hun gelangen als ondernemer kijkt.

Jouw kracht
Je bent klantgericht, gedreven om te vernieuwen en verbeteren en hebt als ondernemer binnen de bank oog voor commerciële kansen én risico’s. In deze rol verwachten we het volgende van je;
HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau;
Minimaal 3- 5 jaar ervaring in de zakelijke financiële dienstverlening; (als senior).
Goede kennis van zakelijke kredietverlening en riskmanagement en ervaring met financieringsconstructies;
Kennis van actuele maatschappelijke, economische en ontwikkelingen binnen de relevante sectoren, de structuur en organisatie ervan, de marktpartijen en relevante wet- en regelgeving.
Jouw keuze
Er staat uiteraard ook wat tegenover al het harde werken. Dit mag je van ons verwachten;
Een goed salaris afhankelijk van je ervaring en opleiding;
8% vakantiegeld, pensioenregeling en 100% vergoeding van woon-werkverkeer als je met het openbaar vervoer reist Toch met auto of motor? Kies dan voor een woon-werkverkeervergoeding;
250 euro netto om je thuiswerkplek in te richten en een netto thuiswerkvergoeding van 2,15 euro per dag;
Na 6 maanden een experience ter waarde van 500 euro (denk aan een weekend weg, een heerlijk diner of een culturele ervaring);
Deelname aan verschillende trainingen en workshops, georganiseerd door de FBD-academie.
