Supply Chain Management Solution Support Specialist Job Summary The Supply Management Solution Support Specialist will play an integral part in supporting the Distribution Centers team of ITG SCM solutions customers. This role will monitor the WMS (Warehouse Management System) performance, proactively look at areas for improvement, and lead all issue resolution. They will work with the SCM SME and technology partner team to support WMS and TMS applications. He/she is responsible for overall Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS) support to the operations team to ensure that its subsystems deliver the performance and functionality necessary for the DC operations team. The candidate is a crucial liaison critical to the DC management, local teams and technical teams to analyze and evaluate WMS functionality to meet business needs. Responsible for ensuring that the business requirements are identified and achieved through proper functional design, configuration, and testing. Educational Background: A bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, industrial engineering, business management or a related field. Qualifications: Experience implementing WMS Systems (SAP eWM, Oracle, High Jump, NetSuite, Manhattan) Experience supporting a Distribution Center running the WMS platforms Experience utilizing reporting tools Ability to create routine reports and system documentation Some domestic travel required #J-18808-Ljbffr
