Position Overview: As a Project Manager/Estimator specializing in Division 8 products, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing projects from conception to completion. You will utilize your expertise in estimating and project management to ensure successful execution, meeting both client expectations and company objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the company. Responsibilities: As a Project Manager/Estimator specializing in Division 8 products, you will be responsible for conducting detailed material take-offs and preparing accurate cost estimates for Division 8 projects. Your role will involve collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers to develop comprehensive project plans and specifications. You will need to effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and within-budget delivery. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal departments to procure materials, track inventory, and facilitate logistics as needed. Your expertise will be crucial in providing technical guidance and support to project teams, addressing any challenges or discrepancies that arise during the project lifecycle. Maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication, addressing inquiries, and promptly resolving issues will be essential. Furthermore, staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to Division 8 products and construction management will be part of your ongoing responsibilities. These responsibilities encompass the core tasks and duties expected from the successful candidate in this role. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management and estimating, with a focus on Division 8 products (doors, frames, hardware). Strong understanding of construction principles, building codes, and industry standards. Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff) and project management tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations. Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
