Detailed Job Description
Contractor will coordinate with the cross functional teams to complete Software Licensing actions as determined by Client.Contractor will convey the vision and goals of the Technology Infusion and Acquisitions software related solutions to different groups and internal operations teamContractor will partner with cross functional teams and related stakeholders to gather requirements, plan, manage, and complete projectsContractor will perform project coordination activities with cross functional teams tracking dependenciesContractor will identify and propose system/process enhancements to improve the user experience and streamline existing processesContractor will ensure that the developed artifacts conform to Client requirements and agreed quality standardsContractor will ensure enhancements and solutions positively contribute to and do not conflict with overarching business strategyContractor will drive towards building consensus around established Policies and Workflows among different teamsContractor will coordinate and track project tasks, risks, dependencies with different stakeholders across Client TeamContractor will handoff all relevant documentation and tasks to ClientContractor will ensure sign off project completion from Client
Software Asset Management:
Contractor will implement various solutions at Client based on the defined requirements to complete a software review of all 3P software in scope as determined by ClientContractor will provide a harvesting report of usage for each software reviewedContractor will work with software suppliers to gather documentation needed for software license analysisContractor will work with Client Internal end users on third party software license reviews and use analysis.Contractor will review software license agreements to document specific requirements outlined by GoogleContractor will partner with cross functional teams to do As IS analysis of the SW Contracts & identify actions for contract requirement based on Google identified strategy
Deliverables:
Contractor will compile SW document lists from various M&A sources (Interacting with Area Leads & Target Companies)Contractor will work with cross functional teams to obtain necessary reviews and approvals for software transactions. (Project Coordination may be required with many other parties within Client and with external suppliers)Contractor will create documentation for publisher specific Transfers & Terminations & provide guidance to the VMO team for taking actions.Contractor will manage/update/create various dashboards and provide requested metrics as defined by ClientContractor will prepare project coordination documents, WBR, project trackers, and present to client for M&A and other servicesContractor will publish software license process documentation which can be used by the VMO or SPO teams for future projects
