Job Tittle: Regulatory Windchill Coordinator (Hybrid)
Job location: Sylmar, CA
Hours: 08 AM to 05 PM
Pay: $35 - $40

First 2-3 weeks of training must be onsite and then may WFH One Day in the week.
Position: Business Support role for the Medical Device division, collaborating with various departments such as Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, and Customer Service.

Responsibilities:
  • Using SAP/PLM system for creating shipping licenses, conducting clean-up work, and releasing products.
  • Conducting compliance checks, working with logistics partners and customers.
  • Data analysis using Excel pivot tables and vlookups to pull inventory and licensing reports, and providing solutions based on conclusions drawn.
Requirements:
  • Strong problem-solving skills, communication, organization, and data analysis.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must.
  • Not seeking candidates with a Master's degree or those focused solely on process improvements.
  • Experience with project management and customer service is preferred.
Other Details:
  • Will work both independently and with teams.
  • Will have a mentor and must be able to follow instructions.
