Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance organizational efficiency.

Vendor Management:

Collaborate with vendors to procure hardware, software, and services.

Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts for cost-effectiveness.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, processes, and configurations.

Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.

Training and Development:

Encourage continuous learning and professional development for IT staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in IT management roles.
