**Program Support Specialist**
Agewell Biddeford, Maine Minimum Experience **Mid-level** Compensation **$18.00 per hour** Southern Maine Agency on Aging is seeking a full time (40 hours per week) Program Support Specialist. This is a dynamic position supporting and enhancing collaboration across multiple programs to better connect clients with holistic access to services and resources. This is a public facing role collaborating with agency partners to organize events, communicate important updates both internally and externally, and assisting with demonstrating the impact of agency services.
Essential duties and responsibilities include working collaboratively to promote cross-program awareness and collaboration among staff, volunteers, and agency partners to provide client-centered service delivery, organizing community outreach events, acting as a liaison for sub-contractors and partners of fee-for-service contracts including fielding questions, assisting with report preparation to demonstrate program impact.
Qualifications include: Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on collaboration and relationship building with staff and community partners, experience in working with older adults, strong communicator, with proficiency in verbal and written communications; must have judgment and initiative to work independently and manage priorities with minimal guidance, accuracy and attention to detail, proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook, and experienced in working with all traditional office equipment; proficient in general office procedures and current best practices in administrative systems.
Currently, due to COVID-19, this is a hybrid position with some mandatory in-office hours as well as remote work availability.
