Overview Role: Product Manager Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (3 Days onsite/week) Join to apply for the Product Manager role at Wipro. Role and Responsibilities Product Strategy Development: Define and drive the overall product vision and strategy in alignment with the organisations goals and market trends. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback assessments to identify opportunities and inform product decisions. Roadmap Planning: Develop, prioritise, and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product development and launch. Requirements Gathering: Collect, document, and communicate clear product requirements and specifications to relevant stakeholders and technical teams. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, monitoring performance and iterating based on data-driven insights. Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, presenting product updates and gathering feedback to refine product offerings. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans, ensuring effective product positioning, pricing, and user adoption. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess product success and identify areas for improvement. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing enhancements to maintain product competitiveness. Experience >10 YEARS The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $200,000. Compensation and Benefits Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
