Sr. Registration Associate Physicians Practice Albany, NY - FT This position is located at 4 Palisades Dr Albany, NY. Position highlights include: quality of life, advancement opportunities, and a work/life balance with Monday through Thursday 7am-4:30pm, Fridays 7am-11:00a. The Senior Registration Associate will perform and coordinate front-end functions to ensure achievement of established revenue cycle metrics, consistent with excellence standards and practice workflows. Responsibilities include scheduling and registration, check-in/check-out, charge entry/claims, end of day processes, document processing, scanning, inbox monitoring, and more. What you will need includes strong leadership skills, an associate's degree preferred, high school diploma/equivalent required, demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office product and other computer applications, experience with delivering successful customer service, experience with handling multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment, managing difficult customers respectfully and without confrontation, and previous medical office experience preferred. Pay range is $18.50 - $23.90 based on experience, skills, and education.
