We are seeking a versatile and experienced Systems Analyst to join our team

POSITION SUMMARY: The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of our ERP system, Syteline (Infor CloudSuite Industrial), as well as other business systems, while also contributing to broader IT initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend ERP expertise with general IT responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS: Education: · Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: · Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP implementation and maintenance. · Proficiency in Syteline (Infor CloudSuite Industrial SaaS environment. · Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems

Skills and Abilities: · Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. · Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and consistency. · Ability to adapt to evolving business and IT requirements.

ERP Customization, Maintenance, and Support: o Customize and configure Syteline to meet the specific needs of our organization. o Optimize business processes and ensure seamless integration of ERP and various cloud-based platforms and solutions. o Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within Syteline. o Develop and implement data migration strategies during system upgrades and enhancements. o Provide training to end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices. o Offer ongoing support to users, addressing inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.

IT Initiatives: o Implement and support IT applications to enhance business processes and operations. o Troubleshoot, install, and/or configure computer workstations, printers, and other IT peripherals, as well as provide technical assistance to users. o Communicate and collaborate with Managed Service Provider on IT projects, issues that may arise. o Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring optimal performance. o Manage Microsoft Office 365 administrative functionalities.

EDI Assistance: o Assist in the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes. o Collaborate with business partners to ensure smooth EDI transactions. o Monitor and optimize EDI workflows for efficiency.
