BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated 'Picker/Packer', Lathrop CA opportunity.

Position Title: Picker/Packer

Expected Duration: 5 Months contract
Job Type: Full time [40 Hour's week]- Contract- onsite
Pay Range: $21.48/hr on W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Worker Schedule:

Second shift (10AM-6:30PM), Monday - Friday, Must be willing to work overtime, including Saturdays.

Physical Requirements:
Lifting up-to 50LBS
Standing for long periods of time
Bending/Stooping/Walking/kneeling, Etc.

Job Duties:
Material Handler and Warehouse Worker's duties include picking, packing, and preparing parts for shipment, sorting parts, and storing parts.
Instructs and assists other team members.
Maintains a safe work environment.
Moves and positions loads with crane and order picker.
Required Safety Equipment
Metatarsal boots, gloves, ear plugs, safety glasses and bump gap- Client will provide all PPE except the metatarsal boots. Reimbursement up to $140.00 billed in Fieldglass. PPE must be worn the entire shift time. No exceptions.

Required Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent or 1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Good attendance
Ability to work safely and efficiently.
Ability to work with close tolerances.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instruction and written processes.
Must have HS diploma or GED
