Job Description:

Arbor Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate speech-language therapists to join our team in providing community-based (home health) services to clients in the East Valley of Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric and adult populations in home settings.

Essential Duties:

-Conduct assessments to determine clients' speech, language, and communication needs.
-Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address clients' goals.
-Provide therapy services to clients in their homes, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
-Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support clients' progress and carryover of skills.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
-Provide education and training to families and caregivers as needed.
-Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

-Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
-Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
-Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
-Experience working with pediatric and adult populations in home health settings.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
-Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) a plus.
