Join to apply for the Accounting Clerk role at Specialized Accounting Services, LLC. The Position This role is available for in-office work, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid schedule in the future. This Accounting Clerk is responsible for creating and delivering the foundation to compile the data required to complete a financial statement to the accounting team in a timely fashion. What You Will Do Review and record client activity for bills, checks and payments on account. Compile Bank Reconciliations. Reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts for Cash, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, etc. Record Journal Entries as needed. Organize skills that support meeting monthly preparation deadlines. Required Qualifications Associate degree in accounting. Strong experience with Microsoft Excel. Must be detail oriented and can show initiative and take ownership of assignments. Must be able to prioritize projects based on the department demand and meet deadlines. Requires analytical ability and good understanding of internal controls. Team oriented with good communication and organizational skills.
