The HME CSR Triage will communicate with patient/customer or referral source to gather complete and accurate patient information, sending paperwork to be signed when necessary and requesting additional documentation. You will also ensure compassionate and positive interactions with customers and employees. This position is fast paced and requires excellent data entry skills. You will create patient files, notify stores and others of discharge orders.

Useful skills

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and percentages.
  • Computer knowledge, ability to use computer to enter, access or retrieve data.
  • Must be a team player
  • Display on time attendance and dependability
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and have good organizational skills
Hours: M - F (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) Closed Sat. and Sun.
