Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and motivated Digital Design & Social Media Intern to assist our design team in preparing visual content for digital distribution. The ideal candidate will collaborate on a variety of marketing materials, monitor social media performance, and contribute to brainstorming sessions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about graphic design, digital marketing, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing files for digital distribution across various platforms.
  • Support the design team in creating and updating visual content for marketing materials, social media, websites, and other digital assets.
  • Help maintain and organize design assets, including images, graphics, and templates, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create graphics for brochures, advertisements, website assets, and other marketing materials.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas for social media campaigns and design projects.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new design techniques relevant to social media and graphic design.
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or similar software.
  • Familiarity with popular social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • A keen eye for detail and creativity, with a passion for design and social media.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of social media metrics and analytics tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Experience with video editing software and/or social media management tools.
