Reporting to the Manager, Site Reliability Engineering, you'll be responsible for: Working with Software Engineering and Infrastructure teams to design, implement, and deploy end-to-end monitoring solutions. Managing the deployment of patches, upgrades, and administrative tools/utilities. Monitoring applications & services, participating in on-call rotations, and addressing issues while developing strategies to prevent future incidents. Troubleshooting problems, resolving issues, and communicating solutions. What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 3+ years as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a related role within a SaaS organization. Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, Go) and scripting languages (e.g., Bash). High-level understanding of networking protocols and components such as HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, ICMP, the OSI Model, Subnetting, and Load Balancing. Willingness and flexibility to work after hours/weekends for application releases and deployments. What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Previous NOC/SRE on-call experience. Understanding of SRE basics, including Golden signals. Experience with CI/CD and automation framework development. This role offers remote work options.
