Your role is crucial in maintaining the overall cleanliness and efficiency of the hotel.The Company operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting and ending times, and hours worked in a week.Responsibilities:Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, meeting rooms, and perimeter.Assist housekeepers with the cleaning and preparation of guest rooms as needed.Restock and distribute linens, towels, and supplies to housekeeping staff.Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas.Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.Ensure that housekeeping carts and storage areas are clean and organized.Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.Follow all health and safety regulations.Qualifications:Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred but not required.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.About Wurzak Hotel GroupAt Wurzak Hotel Group we take pride in being recognized as an Employer of Choice in the Hospitality Industry.
