Role You Will Play:

You will coordinate new product launches

You will repurpose existing equipment along machine lines if it makes sense to do so

You will design process fixtures

You will lead process improvement activities (Kaizen)

You will work with outside vendors to ensure that new projects are seamlessly integrated without disrupting what is going on production wise

Background Profile:

You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical/manufacturing/electro-mechanical/etc.)

You have at least 4 years’ experience as an engineer

You have experience with AutoCAD and Solidworks

You have experience with PLC debug/editing

You have experience LEAN methodologies

You have experience Six Sigma methodologies

You have experience providing floor-support to operators
