Regularly monitors patient?specific therapies and collaborates with other health care team members. Participates in quality?assurance activities, represents the department on hospital?wide committees, and serves as a resource for other health care practitioners. This position reports directly to the Residency Program Coordinator. Educational/Experience Requirements Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school. PharmD preferred. Within 120 days of hire, Pharmacy Resident must obtain a Current Maryland Pharmacist license. Also within 120 days, Pharmacy Resident must have active certifications for CPR/BLS, ACLS, and Vaccine Certification. If extreme circumstances arise, the Residency Program Director will be in touch with HR. 24 years previous hospital pharmacy experience required. Advanced degree or residency may be accepted in lieu of experience. Shift Full?time; shifts can vary at times. Typical shift is 7?am 3:30?pm. Weekend work is required. Salary Range Minimum $24.20/hour Maximum $39.91/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls prior to any subsequent compensation discussion.
