**Customer Service Agent**

at RenoRun Omaha, Nebraska, United States We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, building orders and handling any issues that may arise. **This role is open to candidates able to work on location in our Omaha, NE office.** RenoRun is a hyper fast growth on-demand delivery company for the construction industry. RenoRun is in search of *AMAZING*

**Your typical day includes:**

* Manage large amounts of inbound calls, chats and emails with efficiency and a positive attitude;

* Identify customers needs, clarify their information, research their issues and provide solutions;

* Collect all relevant information to build on-demand orders for our construction clients;

* Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile;

* Keep accessible, comprehensive records of relevant issues as needed.

**Qualifications:**

* Tech savvy, comfortable using a Mac, CRM, GSuite, MS Office and Salesforce;

* Strong verbal communication and active listening skills;

* Experience in a customer service role;

* Creative problem-solving capabilities;

* The drive and desire to grow alongside a fast-paced startup company;

* Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
