As Acute Care Accounting Director, you will be a vital component of a large acute care facility that offers a wide variety of care such as women’s and children’s services, surgical services, emergency care, family medicine, pediatrics, oncology, behavioral health, and so much more This Hospital prides itself in offering innovative and state of the art patient care, and it has won many prestigious awards and distinctions.
With an experienced financial team working under them, the Director Hospital Accounting will have the proper resources necessary to ensure that the department is operating at the highest level and all goals are being met. The Acute Care Accounting Director will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will collaborate with them on unit initiatives.
As the Hospital Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the hospitals accounting operations, develop and oversee budgets, forecast future financial performance, aid in reducing hospital costs, lead and manage the accounting team, collaborate with other departments to optimize the revenue cycle, and oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems. Individuals with prior hospital accounting experience will earn quick interviews.
