Proscapes Truck Drivers can expect to:

* Spend the majority of their time on the open road while operating a variety of trucks, which may include a straight or articulated truck, tractor-trailer, flatbed, and dump truck. Driving responsibilities may also involve short-haul, long-haul, local, and regional driving in order to transport goods and materials to and from job sites.

* Enhance your attention to detail through enacting regular basic measurement and calculation skills.

* Test endurance by working in demanding weather conditions.

* Feel a sense of camaraderie when you come to the aid of your close-knit team members during winter operations.

* Feel a sense of achievement as you document travels in the driver logbook, inspection reports, and maintenance and repair reports.

* Practice multi-tasking skills and hone attention to detail while prioritizing while working in a fast-paced environment.

* Make lifelong friends and learn about your peers while communicating effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and backgrounds.

* Share your point of view by motivating crew members and communicating production goals.

* Using proper tie-down procedures and secure transported materials, ensuring the safety and security of the load.

* Let your managerial abilities shine while effectively, safely, and efficiently managing your crew as well as submitting routine hazard reports.

* Achieve a daily sense of accomplishments when tracking and recording all job expenses including materials used and hours worked.

* Fully understand expectations, as we have set processes and provide ongoing training.
