Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement work strategies based on project blueprints, specifications, and wiring diagrams.
  • Oversee, supervise, and provide guidance to a team of electricians and apprentices.
  • Ensure projects are executed within timelines and budgets, maintaining high quality and adherence to local codes and regulations.
  • Perform hands-on electrical work, including installation, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Conduct safety meetings, enforce safety standards, and provide necessary safety equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems, diagnose issues, and develop effective solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with Superintendents, Project Managers, VP of Field Management, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Train and mentor electricians on technical skills and safety practices.
  • Review and maintain accurate records, including as-built drawings and project documentation.
  • Manage the procurement and inventory of electrical components and materials.
Qualifications:
  • Journeyman Electrical License required.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with expertise in managing electrical projects and leading teams.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes, systems, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and wiring schematics.
  • Competency in using an iPad and other digital tools to access project documentation and specifications.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Spanish Proficiency Preferred

Work Schedule:
