Our bakery leaders oversee teams of 4 to 8 crew members each shift who prepare baked goods from recipes, make dough and batter on a 60-quart mixer, and move around various workstations to mix, ball, prep, frost, and serve cookies and other desserts. We are a QUICK SERVICE BAKERY. Leaders with previous experience in quick-service, or a fast-casual restaurant will thriveOur bakery assistant manager trainee/apprentice will usually work between the hours of 9am and 11pm.
