We are looking for a passionate purchasing talent to join us as

Purchasing Coordinator

in our mission to contribute to a greener future. You will be part of our global Operational Purchasing team.

Responsibilities:

Perform the Supplier Onboarding in Ivalua for New Suppliers, Due Diligence, first level of Risks,

Analysis and maintain the regular checks, as per Northvolt’s policy,

Prepare and Issue Request for Quotations for Samples, issue the Purchase Order in alignment with the Category Manager/Specialist,

Follow and ensure that the material will be delivered on time, in

collaboration with the Logistic team,

Set-up and update the Purchase Agreements and Trade Agreements in alignment with the Category Manager/Specialist and contracts negotiated,

Issue standard NDA (Non – Disclosure Agreements) to new suppliers and coordinate the signature according to Northvolt process including renewal of the NDAs after expiry.

Requirements:

Degree in fields such as Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or Management or similar or related discipline is preferred,

Technical and financial comprehension,

Previous experience with purchasing administration or Supply Chain is a plus,

Excellent English written and oral skills (other languages is a plus),

Multi – cultural environment exposure.
