As a Sr. Human Resources Coordinator, you will support the administrative functions of human resources that directly affect Team Members.

Job Description

THIS ROLE MUST WORK ON-SITE 5 DAYS PER WEEK AT OUR FRESH FOOD MANUFACTURING (FFM) DISTRIBUTION CENTER LOCATED AT:

2500 Lovi Road, Freedom, PA 15042.

  • Experience Required: 1 year similar HR support experience
  • Experience Desired: Knowledge of HR related Department of transportation(DOT) regulations;
  • Experience Required: Payroll experience for a workforce of approximately 200+
  • Experience Required: understanding of OSHA safety regulations;
  • Knowledge of general HR laws and software including timekeeping using Kronos
  • Experience Required: HCMS Workday experience or similar HCMS
  • Education Desired: Associate Degree or Bachelor in HR or equivalent in work experience ?

Job Responsibilities

  • Process weekly payroll, including pre-close, pay report review, overtime, reporting, payroll submission, paycheck adjustments, accumulated hours book and vacation/holiday tracking to guarantee Team Members receive accurate pay
  • Manage attendance tracking of both tardy and absence incidents of all Team Members, maintaining documentation of attendance write-ups along with proper disposition of medical documents and doctor's excuses to ensure accurate records are retained for the store's reference
  • Assist with Team Members' issues, including leaves of absence, payroll discrepancies, contacting the Team Member relations specialist with complaints/concerns and coordination of unemployment documentation and witnesses for hearings.
  • Assist HR Dept. with addressing concerns, investigations and executing disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Encourage open lines of communication between Operation leaders, TMRS and department leaders to ensure Team Members' needs are met.
  • Track birthdays and anniversaries for all Team Members, and the perfect attendance report. Submit quarterly/yearly perfect attendance bonus information for payout
  • Submit status change notifications, data entry transactions and terminations to corporate human resources to ensure accurate and timely information is obtained and any inconsistencies can be resolved.
  • Organize and facilitate new hire orientations, which includes creating name tags, scheduling new hires for orientation, reviewing policies and procedures, and completing new hire paperwork and I-9 verifications;
  • conduct new hire follow-up discussions as directed.
  • Take responsibility for miscellaneous payroll matters, handling punches, scheduling issues and SmartTrack maintenance.
  • Follow up on I-9 verifications for Team Members (I-9 certification required).
  • Assist with random drug testing (per established policy).
  • Assist fellow Sr. HR Coordinator(s) as needed.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
