We are seeking a dynamic Systems Administrator to join our team. This role provides a unique opportunity to design and implement a new data center to support all of United Wholesale Mortgages operations. The successful candidate will ensure the stable operation of our enterprise systems using a Plan, Build, Operate model.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Manage and maintain the virtual server environment
  • Monitor system uptime and performance, ensuring optimal functionality
  • Install and upgrade hardware and software following established procedures
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of design, operation, and procedures
  • Provide regular status reports on projects and issues to leadership
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects and problem resolution
  • Participate in rotating on-call coverage or emergency response as needed


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience administering VMware hypervisor in a production environment
  • Proven experience in building, maintaining, and upgrading Windows Server 2019+
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Backup Storage Solutions
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both team members and clients
  • On-site attendance from Monday to Friday

Preferred:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems
  • MCP or MCSA certifications
  • Experience with SCCM software deployment and imaging
  • Experience with Pure Storage arrays
