Should have experience in Manual Testing procedures Preparing and selecting software testing frameworks appropriate for the applications Interacting with customers to understand their business and consulting with them on QA strategies for testing their application Mentoring juniors and bringing in QA leadership into the organization Should be able to interact with the Client team directly and work with QA Team to deliver the tasks Understand client specific QA processes and be able to customize to the same Provide QA direction for the from definition phase through implementation Own the QA lifecycle and be responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project Consistently deliver high-quality services to our clients Exposure/Experience in CMMI Processes Experience on Bug tracking tools Qualifications
