This position develops, implements, and maintains processes, procedures, and programs to improve customer service and is responsible for promoting company standards and engaging employees to drive customer loyalty and customer engagement through customer service.Entry-Level Sales Manager Duties:Building relationships with clients, team members, and managementAssisting in implementing compelling and consistent business development campaignsWorking with people dailyAssisting in customer acquisition and retentionStaying educated on new services and/or productsSpeaking with potential customers to complete the sales cycleRemaining professional to provide outstanding customer service acquisitionsAttending conference calls, meetings, and informational training sessions with clients, trainers, management, and brand representativesQualifications2 year or bachelor's degree preferred but will accept H.S Diploma or G.E.D.Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly assess a new environment and develop solutions that support the business strategy, critical objectives, and cultural normsStrong relationship building and influence skillsAbility to be flexible, resilient, and thrive in a dynamic, rapid-paced environmentHighly organized and able to manage time effectivelyGreat work ethic and ambitionExceptional verbal and written communication skillsLeadership capabilitiesAdditional InformationEntry-Level Sales Manager Benefits:Opportunities for performance-based bonusesNationwide travel opportunitiesExtensive professional networkWeekly team nights
