Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist Location: Brawley, California Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary Duration: 13 Weeks or 26 Weeks (with potential for extension) Shifts: Between 6:00am - 6:30pm, Monday - Friday Gross Weekly: $3,000 - 3,200/week if located outside 50 mile radius $68 - 74/hr if located inside 50 mile radius Key Responsibilities: PPD Ratio: 25-30 Will work with primarily adults and occasionally children. Will accept new grads. Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload •Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided •Appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up •Supervise support staff of PTA's and aides •Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines Qualifications: •California Licensed or License pending Physical Therapist •Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred not required •Strong clinical decision-making skills •Works as a collaborative team member with other staff •Strong interpersonal and communication skills •Exhibits an engaging, friendly and professional demeanor with patients •Commitment to practicing evidence-based medicine and providing the highest quality of care Why Brawley, California? - Experience the charm of a close-knit community with a rich cultural heritage. - Enjoy the sunny weather and outdoor activities, from hiking to exploring the nearby Salton Sea. - Take advantage of the affordable cost of living while still being within driving distance of major cities like San Diego, Palm Springs, or Phoenix Arizona.
