As one team, we will achieve endless possibilities The Covington facility is a world-class Ice Cream manufacturing site, utilizing digital tools to be a lighthouse factory globally. The SHE Analyst will drive the factory safety performance of the entire factory (all shifts, all areas) into a proactive culture using the power of data analysis. Who You Are & What You’ll Do The right applicant will have an immense passion for our factory, a commitment to innovation and completion of tasks, and a very strong factory floor presence. Lead implementation of compliance in multiple areas per state law, federal law, and Unilever guidelines. Accountable for the SHE performance of the site across all shifts. This requires connecting appropriate resources for issue resolution, and interfacing with all other departments to ensure efficient operation to meet plant goals. Capturing, maintaining, and submitting all the leading KPIs data (SBO, Hazard, Near Miss, Audit Actions, Area Inspections, Training Records, etc.) in the proper format as per Unilever requirements. Provide expertise, coaching, and guidance during SHE investigations. Ensure the data has been captured on time and in case of any pending/due actions generate notifications for the team and ensure follow-up to close the due actions. Conduct data analysis in different formats to present in different forums as the department’s requirement to ensure proper actions are taken. Support SHE team on loss analysis through the captured data. Manage the site SDS system, and enter materials as needed. Organize/conduct safety training and coordinate occupational health activities. Inspect or tour organization facilities routinely to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards and recommend corrective or preventative measures. Conduct safety audits/risk assessments on personnel, equipment, and materials. Analyze, score, and track completion of incident investigations and countermeasures. All other duties as assigned. What You’ll Need To Succeed Minimum High school diploma or GED. Skillset of data management (Proficient on Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Power BI) - Competency will be checked during interview (Applicants are welcome to bring their laptop to showcase if they have any similar competency). Prior experience in developing and conducting engaging safety training, and safety training strategies will be an added benefit.
